Beyond Care provides digital educational resources, self-guided workbooks, and assessment tools designed to support family caregivers. Our products are created by a registered social worker (MSW) and are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through SamCart. By completing a purchase, you authorise the stated charge to your selected payment method.
After purchase, digital products are delivered via email and/or a download page. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact us at kylie@beyondcareco.com.
If you are unsatisfied with a digital product, please contact us at kylie@beyondcareco.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review your request and do our best to make it right. Refunds are issued at our discretion, as digital products cannot be "returned" once downloaded.

For assessment tools hosted on Netlify, your email address is collected and transmitted to our email platform for the purpose of delivering results and follow-up resources.
Beyond Care is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of our products. Our resources are self-guided educational tools, and results depend on individual circumstances and effort.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
