Beyond Care provides digital educational resources, self-guided workbooks, and assessment tools designed to support family caregivers. Our products are created by a registered social worker (MSW) and are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through SamCart. By completing a purchase, you authorise the stated charge to your selected payment method.
After purchase, digital products are delivered via email and/or a download page. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact us at kylie@beyondcareco.com.
All sales of digital products are final. Because digital products cannot be "returned" once downloaded, we do not guarantee refunds. That said, if something has gone wrong with your purchase or the product is not what you expected, please email us at kylie@beyondcareco.com within 14 days of purchase. We review every request individually and do our best to make it right. Any refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Beyond Care products are educational resources. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you or someone you care for is in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

By providing your email address through an assessment, purchase, or opt-in form, you consent to receiving email communications from Beyond Care. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
We collect only the information necessary to deliver our products and communicate with you (name, email address, and payment information processed by Stripe). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
For assessment tools hosted on Netlify, your email address is collected and transmitted to our email platform for the purpose of delivering results and follow-up resources.
Beyond Care is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of our products. Our resources are self-guided educational tools, and results depend on individual circumstances and effort.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website and products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
